1. What kind of therapy will be most helpful to me?
Our clinical work is dependent upon the needs of individual clients. It is rooted in evidence-based approaches, which means that the therapy you receive, has repeatedly shown to be effective in clinical studies. Some approaches focus on bringing out feelings, while others stress identifying unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns that may be keeping you stuck or are maintaining your distress. It is our belief that client's are the expert in their own lives and therapy is a service to help you regain the ownership and control over your life.
